American Musician and Nudist

I have been a nudist all of my life and a musician since age 4.  At various times in my life these two interests have become intertwined.  As a nudist, I have posed for art classes, competed in swim meets, enjoyed nude beaches and venues.   As a musician I have performed and conducted orchestras on several continents.  As a nude musician and actor, I have appeared on stages before thousands of people.

Music and Nudity

You might wonder why so many musicians, dancers, actors and artists are nudists.   Since music is the sharing of thoughts and emotions between humans it is logical that complete sharing would be easiest with the least number of distractions.   I believe that it has something to do with the fact that as performers, we are showing our souls, our total beings with all of our strengths and weaknesses.  As we have become comfortable with showing our thoughts and emotions to the world, it is natural that we become comfortable with showing our bodies to the world.

Clothing inhibits our complete expression.  It inhibits our sharing of thoughts and emotions.  Thus the Nude Musician can share his/her inner emotions more fully than when shrouded with clothing.
